Following physical distancing guidelines and VDICSSโ COVID-19 Safety Plan, we are happy to announce that there is now an opportunity to schedule one-on-one in-person appointments to see a Settlement Worker at VDICSS.

Your appointment will take place in a designated room that is equipped with a plexiglass barrier and is large enough to maintain physical distancing (min of 2 meters or 6 feet)
While in the room, both you and the worker you are meeting with will be required to wear face masks throughout the entire appointment. You can bring your own mask or buy it at VDICSS for $1/mask
Hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes will be available.

Make sure to come in at the exact time of your appointment
Do not come in if you are sick, showing symptoms of COVID-19, or are supposed to be self-isolating due to travel
Follow the posters, signs, and guidelines displayed throughout the office
We will only admit one person per family, except for clients with disabilities who require assistance.
